About Jason Goldfarb
I focus on driving positive ROI, mitigating risk, and incentivizing accountability for my clients’ businesses.
I’m a nationally recognized subject matter expert, thought leader, author, lecturer, podcaster, and news contributor (featured on CNBC, Law 360, JD Supra, etc.) in the world of electric vehicles and infrastructure, and I work with with companies in various phases of growth, from early-stage start-ups and beyond.
I work with companies in the EV ecosystem that concentrate on fleet operations, mobility, telecommunications, and technology, and with businesses (considering) deploying, managing, selling, and investing in EV charging, solar power, telecommunications, data center, power storage, outdoor advertising, and wind power assets.
I’ve managed thousands of wireless assets for some of the largest telecom companies in the country, directed construction and upgrades for thousands of cell phone towers and rooftop sites in major metropolitan markets, and been responsible for acquiring and building hundreds of millions of dollars of infrastructure assets.
I have a wide range of experience with leases, amendments, title, due diligence, easements, assignments, licenses and surveys, and I advise clients on corporate and transactional matters, and day-to-day business operations.
